There are projects you complete… and then there are projects that leave a mark.
Our recent trip to Isabela was the latter.
FAMU Consultants and Konstruction OPC had the privilege of closing a legacy project in the northern Philippines—one that goes beyond buildings, and speaks to purpose, community, and long-term impact.
In Gamu, Isabela, we met with Mr. Henson Duldulao, CEO of HADCI, together with the project lead of the HEROES Lane Subdivision. What stood out wasn’t just the scale of the development, but the shared vision: creating homes that are not only livable, but sustainable.
We had the opportunity to introduce EDGE (Excellence in Design For Greater Efficiencies) to their team—the very people on the ground, shaping conversations with future homeowners. More than a technical discussion, it became a dialogue on responsibility: why sustainability matters, why it adds value, and why it should be the standard moving forward.
Moments like these remind me why we do what we do.
To see partners genuinely open to innovation, to witness teams eager to learn and adopt better practices—it’s both humbling and inspiring. This is how real change begins.
As we close this chapter, we’re not just leaving behind a completed project—we’re laying the groundwork for something bigger. A lasting collaboration between HADCI and FAMU, and a stronger footprint for sustainable development in Northern Philippines.
